We believe we are made in the image of a highly creative God who wants to make full use of the leadership gifts and abilities we possess, regardless of gender. 

We also believe in a strongly relational God, and this is reflected in how River Marlow is led by a team who are first and foremost in place to serve the congregation.

The team benefits from regular input from mature and experienced leaders who have agreed to provide oversight; some of these are themselves members of the River Churches whilst others are from other Pioneer network churches.
