The Deaf Church is part of the Anglican Diocese of Oxford but everybody from any church or denomination is warmly invited to attend and to take part in all activities, including Holy Communion services when they are held.

The Community Centre is situated on the edge of the campus of Cox Green Secondary School, the entrance being at the foot of the ramp to the railway bridge, signed Cox Green Centre and Parish Church. The Church is within the Centre building and offers good facilities that include wheel chair access and disabled toilet. There is plenty of free car parking on the site. A custom-built hearing loop and audio amplification system is fitted. A specially designed video facility to link in with the loop system is in course of planning. Services are both signed and spoken; the Church organ is normally used.
