Moscow

A few years ago some members of River came into contact with Alexander (Sasha) Tsoutserov, an ex-KGB captain who is now leader of a Christian Seminary in Moscow. Three River members went to Russia to visit in 2003, and it is hoped others will make a similar trip later this year.
