Meeting Together
River is one church expressed in different ways. We meet together regularly for various purposes, across the geographic area we occupy. As well as these regular meetings there are other gatherings and groups, some of which are detailed in the 'other activities' section of this area of the site. Below is a summary of our regular meetings - the details for each week may be found on the calendar on this site.
Please note, one congregation, The Journey, serves students and has its own rhythm of meetings.

Sundays
On most Sunday mornings at 10.30am River Church meets together in three congregational areas, located in Maidenhead, Marlow & Slough. You can find about more about the 'flavour' of each congregation by clicking on its name below.

The Journey congregation in Englefield Green meets on most Sunday afternoons at 3.30pm. Although the congregation has a student focus at Royal Holloway University, it has a growing number of non-student members as well.

Once a quarter we meet together as a whole church for The Big Gathering, at the Magnet Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. We meet together, eat together, there is often an afternnon programme.... a great day for the whole family!
