Our annual weekend away is always a significant time for The Journey - creating time to get to know one another as companions, with space to rest from the pace of life. We will find a fresh sense of direction and continue to seek to gain nourishment from God.
 Introducing Stephen and Mara Klemich
We are delighted to be joined for the weekend by guest speakers Stephen and Mara Klemich. They are based in Sydney, Australia and have developed a Christian tool called Heartstyles™ that helps transform, equip and develop people across the world. Cost
The cost of the weekend is the bargain price of £35!! This includes 2 nights accommodation (in beds!!!), food and transport.
Arrangements
We will be organising transport for everyone to get there. If you have a car and are willing to give others lifts please indicate that on the booking form. We will be meeting at the Methodist Hall to travel up together. Exact time will be confirmed nearer the time but it is likely to be around 6pm. If you are not going to be able to come until later please let me know and we can make sure that transport is available for you.
What to bring
A sheet, pillow and blanket are provided for each bed but you will need to bring with you a sleeping bag or duvet. I would also recommend bringing lots of extra layers and warm clothes as the building can get quite cold.
Also be thinking about what you could do for the infamous cabaret which will be taking place on Saturday night!!
