The Alpha Course at River Church, Slough
 Over 8 million people have now attended an Alpha course, an opportunity to explore the meaning of life, running in tens of thousands of churches of all denominations across the world.
Alpha is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian Faith in a relaxed setting, possibly an Indian Restaurant - watch this space - over ten thought provoking weekly sessions, with a day away.
It is low key, friendly and fun - and is supported by all the main stream denominations.
River Church Slough are currently planning to start their course after Easter with an introductory meal and short video on Tuesday 17th April - to be confirmed.
Who do you know that you are able to invite for a meal out and to see an interesting and entertaining video presentation?

It will be at 7:30pm at the Sough Tennis Centre, Salt Hill Park, subject to confirmation of our booking. Each evening starts with a meal together for which a contribution would be appreciated.

This will be provided by an Indian Caterer who is known to us and whose food is recommended. The meal is a great part of our evening together, so I hope you are able to come and enjoy eating with us and getting to know each other. We have not yet fully planned the away day, but it would normally be around end May/early June.
