the dunking 2005

On Sunday 25th May 2005 The Journey baptised its first students... it was a fantastic day with over 85 family and friends gathering to celebrate four of the girls getting baptised.

This special gathering started at 1pm and continued through until early evening with a party atmosphere to the day.  It included a light lunch to begin with and then time to gather to worship, listen to Chris Forster on baptism and then hear from those getting baptised before dunking and praying for them. Afterwards the pool party kicked-off with a bouncy castle and Bar-B-Que to end the afternoon.
