Terms & Conditions

Below are a list of standard Terms and Conditions - by booking the booker agrees to the Terms and Conditions as listed below. It is the bookers responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions.

• Conference fees will not be refunded for cancellation within two weeks of the event
• Cancellations received more than two weeks prior the event will be refunded minus an administration charge of £10
• Full payment will be refunded if the organisers cancel the conference
• While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the confirmed speaker(s) in this case Christen Forster, these may be altered after confirmation of the booking if the speakers cancel due to illness or unforeseeable travel delays.
  Where such alterations of speakers occur after confirmation of the booking, River Events agrees to use every reasonable endeavour( such reasonable endeavours to be strictly subject to the River Events and/or other third parties making alternatives available) to provide a reasonable alternative. By booking the delegate agrees to accept such reasonable alternative.
• River Events retain the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted. When the price changes from that advertised, the changed price must be paid.
• River Events will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the delegate arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any 'act of god', natural disaster or act of terrorism.
