Sanctuary Retreat Day - Treasure From Heaven

Our annual retreat day took place this year on Saturday 28th June.  We were blessed with lovely weather - which was a very nice change given how wet most of the Summer was this year!

Once again, we choose the Parish Centre in Cookham - this year we were busting at the seams with over 60 women attending.

The day was led by Rachel Odenyi and Jan Vickers, with Liz Challis as our speaker.  Linda Harrison together with a very talented team transformed the Parish Centre into a teasure trove - with all sorts of delights for us to discover...and set us thinking. 

The lunch, described rather tongue in cheek as a "light lunch" was superb - with the buffet tables overflowing!  It was followed by home-made desserts which were delicious. 

The feedback from the day was been very positive and it was an honour to be able to serve as part of the team.  We hope that next year is as successful.....watch this space for more details!
