How did you learn about Moscow Evangelical Christian Seminary ?

From an advertisement in a Christian newspaper.

Why did you choose this Seminary ?

1)     I want to experience the Lord.

2)     The words from the Bible: ”More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish in order that I may gain Christ” (Philippians 3:8) had an influence on my choice.

What ministry are you going to have during your studies at the Seminary?

Ministry in small (home) groups.

How did you become a Christian?

I grew up in a non-Christian family. My father died when I was 4 months. My mother raised my elder sister and me by herself.  I heard about Jesus Christ for the first time in 1997. I was searching for the sense (meaning) of my life. I was tired of life that was full of hatred, lies and every impurity. The only way out I could find was through God. Through the news about salvation and that Jesus Christ is alive, God gave me hope and simply changed my life and filled it with meaning and joy.

What are your plans after graduation from the Seminary?

To tell people about Christ, salvation and eternal life.

To help the newly-converted people to grow up and strengthen them in God.

To open new churches.
