How did you learn about Moscow Evangelical Christian Seminary?
From an advertisement in a Christian newspaper.
Why did you choose this Seminary?
Reading the advertisements about studying at different seminaries, I noticed the slogan of the Moscow Evangelical Christian Seminary: ”More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish in order that I may gain Christ” (Philippians 3:8). It was interesting for me as before this, God had brought this verse to my attention and showed me what is important in this life. It was like a response from God on the question where to go to study.
What ministry are you going to have during your studies at the Seminary?
Ministry with teenagers and youth.
How did you become a Christian?
When my mother and my aunt started visiting the church and repented they told me many times about the truth written in the Bible. I visited the Sunday services at the church several times. The authority of the Bible was evident there. I was very interested in the importance of this book and I decided to see for myself what great words are written in the Bible. Every evening I read the New Testament over and over again. Once, I was reading the Sermon of the Mount, when God, in His great grace and patience, revealed all His love for me personally through these verses. Since then I decided that I wanted to know such a God of love; to love Him and open His love to other people. The more I know Him, the more I understand the correctness of my decision.
What are your plans after graduation from the Seminary?
